Our Story
Pascale Cleaning Services was founded on a simple belief: every home and business deserves careful, dependable cleaning—not rushed appointments or inconsistent service. After seeing too many companies treat customers like just another stop on the schedule, Rebecca Moncoeur set out to build a local cleaning company that people in Hackettstown could trust year after year.
What started with just five homes in Rebecca's own neighborhood has grown through word-of-mouth, repeat customers, and a commitment to doing every job with the same attention to detail.
Today, whether we're providing recurring house cleaning, office cleaning, or move-in and move-out cleaning, we approach every property with the same care, professionalism, and respect that helped us earn the trust of our very first customers.
What We Believe
Your home isn't just a job site. We treat every property the way we'd want ours treated — carefully, respectfully, and without cutting corners because no one's watching.
Trust has to be earned, not claimed. That's why every cleaner on our team is background-checked before their first day, and why we're licensed and insured rather than just saying "trust us."
A mistake isn't the end of the conversation. If something's not right, we come back and re-clean it free within 24 hours. No forms, no arguing about it.
What goes in your home matters. We clean with eco-friendly, non-toxic products, so you're not left with a chemical smell or a reason to keep the kids and pets out of a room for the rest of the day.
Meet the Owner: Rebecca Moncoeur
Hello, I’m Rebecca Moncoeur, founder and owner of Pascale Cleaning Services, LLC.
I started Pascale Cleaning Services because I wanted to build a cleaning company based on something I believe is extremely important: when someone puts their home or business in your hands, you should treat that responsibility with care.
For me, cleaning isn’t simply about making a room look good for a few hours. It’s about paying attention to the details, respecting someone’s space, showing up when you say you will, and giving customers the confidence that they chose the right company.
As the owner, I remain personally involved in the business and take pride in the standards we provide to our customers. I believe a successful cleaning company is built on trust, consistency, professionalism, and hard work, not simply on how many properties we can put on a schedule.
I’m proud of the team we’ve built and the relationships we’ve developed with our customers. Whether we’re cleaning someone’s home, preparing a property for a new occupant, or maintaining a commercial space, I want every customer to feel that their property matters to us.
