Our Story
Pascale Cleaning Services was founded on a simple belief: every home and business deserves careful, dependable cleaning—not rushed appointments or inconsistent service. After seeing too many companies treat customers like just another stop on the schedule, Rebecca Moncoeur set out to build a local cleaning company that people in Hackettstown could trust year after year.
What started with just five homes in Rebecca's own neighborhood has grown through word-of-mouth, repeat customers, and a commitment to doing every job with the same attention to detail.
Today, whether we're providing recurring house cleaning, office cleaning, or move-in and move-out cleaning, we approach every property with the same care, professionalism, and respect that helped us earn the trust of our very first customers.

A mistake isn't the end of the conversation. If something's not right, we come back and re-clean it free within 24 hours. No forms, no arguing about it.

Rebecca Moncoeur owns and operates Pascale Cleaning Services, and she's still personally involved in how the business runs day to day — not a name on a website who's stepped back from the work.
